| Reserve / Email Waiting List I do not like taking reserve deposits for any litter. If we do take reserve deposits for a litter, the deposit is non-refundable. This is because we can not control mother nature. We just never know what color or sex of puppy we might get. If there is not a puppy of the right sex/color or the breeding does not result in any puppies, your deposit will move to the next available litter. Once puppy pictures are posted, the reserve list gets to pick first, followed by the email waiting list. After that, we will post the puppies online and puppies will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We will not hold a puppy without a deposit. We will not hold 2 puppies for you so that you can decide which one is better at 8 weeks old. If you live out of state, we will hold the puppy reserved for you for 5 days to allow you to get the deposit to us. If, after 5 days, we have not received your deposit, we will release the hold on the puppy. This is how the Reserve and Email Waiting List work. (Time Frame on picking out a puppy from the litter) Reserve List - Gets notified first. Usually the day they are born or the next day (this really depends on the litter). Pictures will be posted for you to see. (No one else can see the link on my website) Everyone on the reserve list will be emailed at the same time. The order that I received the deposits will determine the order of picking out the puppies. Once you are notified you will have 24 hours to choose your puppy out of the litter. Please be watching your email. We will also try and notify you by phone or text message. Email List - This list is not a guarantee on a puppy out of the litter. It is simply a list that gets notified before posting puppies for sale online. You will be notified after the reserve list picks their puppies or after 24 hours, whichever comes first. You will then have 24 hours to choose a puppy before I post online for the rest of the world to see. Please be watching your email. I know, that we will not know personalities until the puppies are older, but we sell most all of our puppies very quickly. We have sold some litters within 3 days of being born. Other litters within a few weeks. We just never know what is going to happen. Of course everyone wants the same thing, a blue merle female or male with blue eyes. Most of the time the black tri's are over looked and they are last to sell. Some of my best dogs are back tri's. We do, however, do personality tests on our puppies when they get 5, 6, and 7 weeks old. If, by chance, the puppy you have chosen does not have a desirable personality, then you can switch your deposit to another pup in the litter (if available) or your deposit will be applied to the next available litter. The personality tests only show a little bit about each puppy. I really believe that how a puppy turns out is more determined by how it is raised and trained. Our reason for breeding any litter is always for something to build on the next generation, and as a result, we always have first pick above the reserve list. . |

| All of our dogs are wonderful family dogs. Our dogs have been trained in herding, some in show and also in agility. Our puppies are whelped indoors and are raised around children. Everyday we are playing with and teaching the puppies new things. Price of Puppies is usually between $800.00-$1,200.00 (Limited Registration - Non Breeding Rights) (Tri/Bi Males $800, Tri/Bi Females $900, Merle Males $1000, Merle Females $1,000-$1,200) Payment for a Mott Ranch Puppy A deposit is required to hold a puppy of your choice. Deposits are $200 and are non-refundable. Deposits are applied to the purchase price of your puppy. Balance is due at pick up. Final payment in person is only excepted in Cash, Official Check or Bank Money Order. If a puppy is being shipped to you then full payment for the puppy including shipping is required 2 weeks prior to the puppy going to his/her new home. Shipping in the U.S. is usually $350 and includes the vet check/health papers, crate, & plane ticket. The shipping cost is nonrefundable. Microchip, fecal test, additional vaccinations, etc. can be added at buyers expense. If a puppy needs to stay with us longer than 9 weeks we charge $5 per day. This price includes food, additional wormings, shots, etc... We are currently feeding our puppies Kirkland Signature™ Super Premium Puppy Chicken, Rice & Vegetable Formula. We buy our dog food at Costco. Dew Claws and Tails are removed between 3-4 days old. Tails can be left long but we need half the payment of the puppy up front and before day 3. Most of our puppies are sold as Pets, meaning they have LIMITED Registration. "LIMITED" registration refers to a pup with no breeding rights. We do sell some of our puppies with 'FULL' breeding rights. "FULL" registration refers to a pup with breeding rights. Price for "FULL" breeding rights on any puppy that meets breed standards is $1,500.00 |
